Three measurements are agreed before cutting: hood depth, cuff and hem rib width, and kangaroo pocket height.
Hood, Rib and Pocket
State the hood depth, rib width and pocket height you want, or send a hoodie you already sell and the measurements are taken from it. All three are entered on the sample sheet.
Choosing an Embroidery Route
Flat, 3D, embossed and chenille embroidery are available, as are applique and patches. Give us the finished width of the logo and the logo file; the lettering is checked at that width on the sample.
Labels and Hardware Minimums
Trims are quoted to their own minimums: woven or printed brand labels from 500 pieces, size labels from 200 pieces per size across at least four sizes, wash care labels from 500 pieces. Custom hardware is available from 2000 pieces and can be added to the order.
Sending Hood Depth and Logo Width
Send the hood depth, rib width and pocket height you want, the logo file with its finished width, and the trim list. If you have a reference hoodie, its flat measurements replace the first three items. Send all of it to Michelle@yimifashion.com and the sample is booked from those numbers.
