The drafting inputs on a skirt are the waist measurement, the panel count and the finished hem circumference. Each is carried on the sample sheet.
Waist, Panel Count, Hem
These three are drafted before any cloth is cut. Send the waist measurement, the panel count and the hem circumference you want, or send a skirt you already sell and the three figures are lifted from that garment.
Print Across Panel Seams
Print is quoted from your file at the finished print size. Water, rubber, puff and digital printing are available. The repeat is laid out across the panel seams, and the joins are checked on the sample.
Waistband and Opening
State the waistband depth, the opening type and the hem finish you want. Branding on the waistband can be printed, embroidered, appliqued or patched, and its position is recorded on the sample sheet.
